Terms & Conditions

General Info

  • A signed agreement must be completed before commencement of work as agreed by both parties.

  • The Agreement may be terminated with 30 days written notice by either party.

  • Client details held by JustGO Virtual Assistant will remain confidential and never knowingly made available to third parties without express permission from the Client.

  • JustGO Virtual Assistant agrees not to disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any confidential information with respect to the business of the Client, which has been obtained, except as may be necessary or desirable to further the business interests of the Client. The Client may request a Confidentiality Agreement before commencement of work if required.

  • JustGO Virtual Assistant reserves the right to refuse work if deemed to be illegal or immoral.

  • Responsibility for final inspection of the completed work lies with the Client. Errors should be notified within 7 days from receipt. Errors or omissions generated by JustGO Virtual Assistant Services will be corrected free of charge. All other corrections or additions will be charged as outlined below.

  • Completed work will be returned to the Client by email, first class post, or special delivery in accordance with the Client’s requirements.

  • All work will remain on file for a period of 6 months after which time it will be deleted/destroyed unless specifically instructed otherwise by the Client.


  • JustGO Virtual Assistant charges a standard hourly rate of $35 per hour unless otherwise determined.

  • A minimum of 2 hours per week is required

  • All retainer packages will be billed and must be paid in advance on acceptance of work.

  • JustGO Virtual Assistant may request a 30% deposit from new Clients prior to commencement of work.

  • Quotations for specific projects will be made on the basis of information supplied by the Client. A 30% deposit will be required prior to commencement of project work.  All quotations will be valid for 30 days.

  • JustGO Virtual Assistant reserves the right to submit a revised quotation should the Client’s original requirements alter both before commencement of the work or during the assignment.

  • Additional expenses, i.e. stationery, printing, packing and postage, phone calls etc. incurred on behalf of the Client will be charged at cost and invoiced accordingly.

  • JustGO Virtual Assistant reserves the right to increase prices with prior written notice to all existing Clients.

  • None of the plans distinguish between business and personal tasks. Both can be handled as part of any of the plans.


  • An invoice will be submitted to Clients through email at end of each month unless stated otherwise.

  • Failure to pay within 7 days will result in interest being charged at the rate of 1.5% per day on outstanding balances.

  • Payments may be made through Paypal or by check or money order. 

  • An invoice will be emailed to you through Paypal, Word Document or other invoicing means 

Payments may be made by check or money order payable to JustGO Virtual Assistant, or via PayPal. Cash payments will be accepted from local clients for which a receipt will be issued.
