What type of tasks can the virtual assistant execute?

Our office is located at Memphis, TN & all virtual assistants are located here.
How do I set it up?
Complete the Service Request Form. Once you complete this step, you would be called by one of our Senior Project Managers to understand your requirement. Once we confirm that we can undertake your tasks, a Non-Disclosure agreement and a JustGO Virtual Assistants Agreement will be emailed to you.
After the account is setup, you will receive a welcome call & email from your dedicated virtual assistant. You can then start allocating tasks.
What measures do you take to protect my privacy?
We have internet firewalls, internet restriction policies, and physical security of our offices. Additionally, all virtual assistant are required to complete a non-disclosure agreement.
How long does it take to start the services?
We can setup your account instantly and a virtual assistant will be allocated to your account the same day or the next business day if the task is urgent. Under normal circumstances we need two business days to start the services.
How do I contact my virtual assistant?
We will allocate a dedicated number for you to ring your Virtual Assistant. This will be a local number of your state. For example, a San Francisco resident would get a number with a (415) area code number to contact the virtual assistant. It doesn't matter where you are, we are able to source numbers from virtually any city or town of the world.
You can also email your virtual assistant directly. Instant messengers like Yahoo, MSN, SKYPE are available, too.
Can the virtual assistant make outbound calls?
Yes, the virtual assistant can make UNLIMITED outcalls to local and national numbers in the United States. We can even make international calls to a few countries as a part of the deal. Please contact us to see if your requested countries are available as part of the deal. To call premium rate numbers, extra charges apply.
What qualifications does the virtual assistant have?
The virtual assistants are university graduates. They speak proper English and have clear and neutral accents. If you would like to hear sample voice recordings of our virtual assistants, please send us a request.
May I hire virtual assistant with qualifications such as MBA, CPA, Medical Degrees?
Yes, certainly we can allocate virtual assistants with any technical qualifications. Higher charges apply for virtual assistants with technical university degrees. These virtual assistants are available only on full time basis (160 hours a month).
Is there a commitment or contract?
No. You are billed month to month and you can cancel at any time. Once you cancel, you will only be responsible for any unpaid work.
Are there any hidden or additional costs?
There are no hidden costs, no activation fees, additional taxes, or cancellation fees. You will be billed for your monthly plan and nothing more. For certain tasks, we will have to charge for materials. For instance, if you want us to create and send a mailing to your customer list. We would bill you for the envelopes, the postage, and the paper. We will let you know when you assign the task whether there will be material charges so there won't be any surprises.
What if I go over the time allotted by my monthly plan?
Additional work will be billed at $35/hour. We would love to be able to offer unlimited flexibility but if we did that it would be impossible to budget our time and we wouldn't be able to provide the speedy, thorough service that we do now. You will be notified when you go over your plan and given the option to have us continue working or stop working until your plan refreshes on your next billing cycle.
